We [Heart] Performing for Japan Souvenir

We Heart Japan Thumb

A bunch of stuff is going on for We [Heart] Performing Japan.
I've been too busy to help much...

My only involvement so far is the postcard being passed out to everyone who comes.

Amemiya Kamina Card Partial

Can you guess who it is?
It's quite obvious, yes?

It's Kamina, from Gurren Lagann.
This illustration was drawn by Akira Amemiya.
He drew it specifically for We [Heart] Japan!

This is what the card looks like:

Now what happens when you place the Yoko card next to it?

We [Heart] Japan Postcards

See the red sun in the back?

This design was the genius idea of my graphic designer friend F.

You can get the set of postcards if you buy the premium ticket for We [Heart] Performing for Japan.

Believe in Yourself

"Believe in Yourself" is now digitally available on the Amazon Kindle store!

You can buy it here.

It took me months to get this out...sorry for the delay.
But in the end the timing worked out because this book is almost sold out in Japan.

I will forward any comments toward the book to the people who worked on it,
so please feel free to let me know!

Please also give reviews on Amazon!

New We [Heart] Event Coming!

We Heart Japan Thumb

Our next event is coming up!

We're calling the event We [Heart] Performing for Japan.

We [Heart] Performing for Japan

It's a live reading of an anime episode by the original English voice actors.
I guess in Japanese you call these "koukai afureko" (public recording)
and they do it at conventions and stuff.

I haven't seen one until I saw the Penguins of Madagascar panel at Comic-Con,
and to be honest it was pretty cool!

More information will be coming on our website,
Facebook page, and Twitter.

So please bookmark, "like," and "follow" We Heart Japan!

Star Driver

Star Driver

Happy Labor Day!

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday.

Since holidays are really irrelevant with my job,
I spent the weekend doing the same thing as usual.

Although I did watch a lot of Star Driver on
For work, of course.

The mecha was designed by Shigeto Koyama, an acquaintance of mine.
So I was happy to watch something he worked on.

When what I worked on comes out, I'll post again.
